The Smooth Stones made of dark purple Amthyst Quartz have a diameter of 3.2 - 3.5 cm and a thickness of approx. 0.9 - 1.1 mm.
Each Packing Unit contains approx. 28 - 32 flat amethyst stones.
Amthyst Quartz is used in gemstone healing due to its effect when sobriety, purity, collection and calm are the themes to be strengthened.
The name amethyst is derived from the Greek word amethystos (counteracting intoxication) and refers to the traditional belief that an amethyst protects against the intoxicating effects of wine and other alcohol. Spellings such as Amathyst, Amethist, Ametist, Ametyhst, Ametyst, Amnethyst, Amthyst or Amythist are therefore incorrect.
