The Smooth Stones made of blue Apatite (stab.) are approx. 2.8 - 3.4 cm in size and, with a thickness of approx. 0.9 - 1.0 cm, are very suitable for gemstone overlays and as hand flatterers.
Each Packing Unit of 0.5kg contains approx. 28 - 30 Smooth Stones.
Stabilization and drive are the themes to which apatite is assigned in gemstone healing. The mineral is also used to promote independence and determination.
The name apatite is derived from the Greek word "apatáo" for "to deceive" and was coined in 1786 by the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner (1749 - 1817). Since apatite localities in numerous different forms and colors, there is a great danger that apatite will be confused with another mineral. Spellings such as apartite, apathite, apatite, appatite or apatiet are incorrect.
