The beautiful Lepidolite donut (stab.) is 5 cm in size and has a varied structure of dark pink Lepidolite and creamy white matrix.
Lepidolite (mica) helps you to isolate yourself from external influences. Distractions are prevented and concentration on the essentials is made easier.
The Jesuit Nicolaus Poda von Neuhaus (1723 - 1798) discovered the mineral Lepidolite and initially named it Lilalith (lilac stone). This name was criticized by experts as not being scientific enough, so in 1795 the mineral was given the name Lepidolite, which is still in use today. This name is derived from the Greek words "lepidion" (scaly) and lithos (stone) and translates as "scaly stone" or "scaly stone". Spellings such as lepidolite, lepitolite, lepitolite or lepidolite are therefore incorrect.
Synonyms are lithion mica, lilathite, hydropolylithionite, lithium mica and rhombic mica.
