Beautiful chrysocolla side polished pieces in cuprite!
One side of the pieces is rough, the other polished; size approx. 3.5 - 5.0 cm.
Supplied in a sturdy cardboard flat with 35 white boxes.
Chrysocolla with cuprite is also known as "Sonora Sunrise". The stone was given this name because of its localities, the Milpillas copper mine in the Sonora Desert (northern Mexico). The different colors, ranging from dark brown-red to black to green-blue, result from the mineralogical composition of the individual pieces. Each of the minerals is not rare on its own, but can only be found in this mixture in the small localities in Mexico.
Chrysocolla cuprite is used in gemstone healing to refine the sense of aesthetics and harmony, to intensify dreams and to revitalize the emotional world.
