Longstones are particularly long and thick freeform massage stones that are particularly suitable for deep massages and for use on large muscle areas (e.g. on the back or legs).
The longstones are approx. 13 cm long and 2.5 cm thick.
Anthophyllite is used in stone healing according to Michael Gienger to strengthen self-esteem and recognition of oneself as well as to provide support when it is necessary to give space to one's own interests and to protect them in the long term.
