Kimberlite is the parent rock of the Diamond!
It is a volcanic rock breccia with the components Serpentine, Phlogopite, Pyroxenes, Rutile and Garnet. Kimberlite shows various shades of gray-green with black to olive-green spots and structures, sometimes with white veins. You can feel and see the explosive Occurrence of this power stone.
Size of the Tumbled Stone approx. 25 - 30mm.
Packing Unit with 100g; these are approx. 6 - 10 Kimberlites.
Kimberlite was named after the South African city of Kimberley; spellings such as kimbalite, kumbalite or kimberlite, which are occasionally encountered in retail and wholesale trade, are therefore incorrect. A nowadays uncommon synonym for Kimberlite is blue ground.
