The doves for these wind chimes are made of white, slightly translucent Alabaster calcite. Each dove is approx. 4 x 5 cm in size and shows the typical slight banding of the mineral.

In gemstone healing, white calcite is used in situations where a development process needs to be accompanied. With the help of the mineral, a solid and stable development can be made possible, while the white calcite stabilizes rapid and (too) fast developments. Concentration on the essentials is facilitated and erratic behavior is prevented.

Occasionally, white Alabaster-Calcite is also referred to as white onyx or white Aragonite (white).
