The fluorite buttons are faceted, about 6mm in diameter and about 5mm thick. Length of the fluorite strand about 40cm.
The majority of the fluorite buttons are green, only a few are transparent-white or purple-violet.
Fluorite is used in gemmology as a learning stone; the mineral supports structure, order and makes mentally agile.
