Sparkling Sunstone (Aventurine Moonstone) from Tanzania!
Each of the 4 x 4 x 4mm cube beads of orange sunstone glitters through the faceting - all together make a chain strand of approx. 39cm length.
Sunstone is used in stone healing to strengthen an optimistic attitude towards life and to focus on one's strengths.
In mineralogy, the stone variety sunstone is also called orange Aventurine Feldspar. A nowadays obsolete name for the sunstone is heliolite or heliotite.
