Gabbro (low quartz plutonite) is the stone for new beginnings, for overcoming old-established behaviors. One's own needs can be better perceived through Gabbro - when planning new ventures, these are then included in the preparations. The spheres made of Gabbro are 10mm in size, the sphere strand is about 40cm long.
Gabbro got its name from the Tuscan village Gabbro, near which the mineral was found and described for the first time. Occasional spellings like Gabro, Gappro or Gabbra are therefore not correct. Since the Gabbro occasionally also shows a blue sheen, the mineral is also called Indigogabbro.
