The cubes with phase are about 8 x 8 x 8mm in size; the entire chain strand has a length of about 39cm.
Since up to seven different minerals can occur in Cacoxenite, the gemstone is also called Super Seven. The name Cacoxenite is derived from the Greek words "kakos" (bad) and "xenos" (guest), because Cacoxenite (Kakoxen) was considered in earlier times as a bad guest, i.e. as disturbing in the smelting of iron ores.
