Playful sunstone necklace with Arusha sunstone in various colors!
Diameter of the faceted beads 4mm; stone weight approx. 40ct.
Length of the gemstone necklace approx. 45cm plus 6cm extension chain, threaded on steel wire.
Weight of the gold-plated silver 925 findings: 2.54g.
A great new find from Tanzania: various Feldspar with Hematite inclusions!
This new material is on the market under the trade name Arusha sunstone.
We were able to get hold of a small barrel of rough stones and had these beautiful nugget bracelets cut from them.
Sunstone belongs to the Feldspar group of minerals. Another trade name for this special variety is confetti sunstone.

Hello! My name is Marco Schreier, I am the stone-loving founder of the Mineralienhandlung GmbH of the same name. My career in the field of gemstones, precious stones, pearls and designer jewelry only began relatively late.
Originally, my attention was focused on collector's minerals, then on polished stone products such as tumbled stones, etc. Later, drilled stones were added, which, worn on a leather strap, were the first jewelry we offered. With the establishment of our office in Bali, Indonesia in 2001 and shortly afterwards our office and company in Hong Kong, I created the basis for integrating many of my favorites such as special crystals, specially cut, rare gemstones, free-form cabochons, beads and pearls into my own jewelry.
