This flat with nine zeolite/apophyllite crystals weighs approx. 0.9 kg. The size of the individual clusters is between approx. 6 - 8 cm.
The clusters come from the well-known localities near Poona in India.
Green apopyllite strengthens the themes of liberation and sincerity; in difficult situations, the mineral helps to discover the light at the end of the tunnel.
The name Apophyllite is derived from the Greek word "apophyllon" (to flake), as the mineral disintegrates into flakes in a hot flame. Synonyms that are now less commonly used are fisheye stone, ichthyophthalm and xylochlor.
