The sugilite bracelet is made from 23 beads with a diameter of approx. 8mm threaded onto Elastic Cord; the bracelet is approx. 19cm long and weighs approx. 26g.
The raw material comes from South Africa.
Sugilite helps you to be and remain true to yourself and strengthens your ability to resolve conflicts and finish (started) projects.
The first, very small Sugilite finds were made in 1944 by Japanese professor Ken-ichi Sugi in Ehime Prefecture (Japan). A precise description was not made until a good thirty years later by a group of Japanese mineralogists in 1976, who named it after its discoverer Ken-ichi Sugi. The sometimes encountered spellings sugelite, sugulite or suggilite are therefore incorrect. In the trade, Sugilite is also known as New Age Stone or New Age Stone; a synonym for Sugilite is also Luvulite.
