Each Touch Heart comes with a leaflet explaining the shape and application as well as information on amethyst healing.
Due to its special cut shape, the amethyst heart fits well in the palm of the hand and the thumb in the recess of the stone. As with the classic Thumb Stones, the reflex zones are gently stimulated by the movement of the thumb.
