Gemstone Balance® is an internationally successful concept for massage and wellness with gemstones, which was developed by the well-known author and gemstone healer Monika Grundmann. As a wholesaler, we are a long-standing partner of Monika Grundmann and have been producing and selling the gemstones for the Edelstein Balance® applications for over 15 years.
Occurrence of the Gemstone Balance The gemstone massages and other treatments were developed from the decades of experience with the energies of gemstones that natural beautician and wellness expert Monika Grundmann has gathered in her practice and through numerous training courses. Elements from Shiatsu, reflexology massage with gemstones, stone healing according to Michael Gienger and other proven energetic methods are combined in Edelstein Balance® to create a fascinating system for holistic physical and mental well-being with minerals and gemstone oils.
The Edelstein Balance® wellness concept Gemstone Balance® is a gentle form of touch that moves body, soul and spirit; beauty is the expression of well-being, joie de vivre and inner harmony. This is why gemstone massages and wellness treatments can "make you beautiful" and bring to light a genuine, deep inner beauty. Gemstone Balance® is a holistic concept for wellness, massage and cosmetics with gemstones, gemstone oils, fragrance and sound. It is used in the areas of wellness, cosmetics and therapy with gemstones and holistically addresses all the senses and all areas of the body from the face to the feet.
The stones of Gemstone Balance In the many years of practicing Gemstone Balance®, various forms of stones have proven themselves as wellness articles and for gemstone massage: Zenstone, gemstone stylus, Phoenix Wings, massage spheres, VitaJuwel, Water Stones, eye cushions as well as the popular gemstone oils for massage.
All shapes are available in the seven carefully selected gemstone varieties of Gemstone Balance: Aventurine (anti-stress), Epidote (regeneration), Fluorite (fountain of youth), Magnesite (serenity), Rose Quartz (lust & joie de vivre), Serpentine (security and Sagittarius) and Sodalite (getting into flow). Depending on the gemstone chosen, the application or massage can have a relaxing, activating or balancing effect, for example. The assignment of the themes to the gemstones is based on analytical gemstone healing according to Michael Gienger.
A number of other products for use in wellness, massage and cosmetics, e.g. the impulse bowl and the spray and shower gel with amethyst, were created around the seven base stones of Gemstone Balance.
Requirements for using the Gemstone Balance
Many of the stones can be used even without prior knowledge, as a quick guide or instruction booklet is often included. Monika Grundmann offers an extensive program of seminars and training courses in which masseurs, physiotherapists, beauticians and others can learn how to use the various forms of Gemstone Balance professionally. There are no prerequisites for participation in most of the events. Even after the training, contact is maintained through annual meetings with further training, personal advice and registration on the user page of the Gemstone Balance homepage.
