Eye cushions and gemstone cushions filled with gemstones and organically grown grains are a precious accessory for a little time out, and not just at night. Gift stores, wellness and yoga studios and numerous other commercial customers can find gemstone cushions in high-quality, GKS-approved quality in our wholesale business. Sewn from different fabrics and filled with various gemstones, all Lapis Vitalis cushions are supplied with a description and in a gift box or envelope.
Use of gemstone cushions The cushions filled with gemstones and organic cereals can be placed anywhere on the body. Placing them on the eye area has proven to be particularly effective, allowing the eyes to rest and relax not only at night but also in between. This is why the eye cushions from the Gemstone Balance concept have a Velcro fastener that is easy to use. The larger gemstone cushions can either be placed on the body or used like a conventional pillow for sleeping or resting.
Popular stones for gemstone pillows and eye pillows In principle, all stones and minerals are suitable for filling pillows. Thanks to our decades of collaboration with the leading experts in gemstone wellness, we have selected popular and proven blends from the wide range of possible stones, each of which supports a particular theme. Agate, nephrite jade and Serpentine, for example, have been used in the "Security and Sagittarius" eye cushion. Chrysoprase, fluorite and Peridote are part of the filling of the "Fountain of Youth" eye cushion. During meditation, the amethyst cushion with millet shells conveys calm and relaxation, while the Mother Earth cushion with emerald and Chrysoprase supports letting go and regeneration. Filling of the gemstone cushions All gemstone cushions and eye cushions are filled with selected gemstones in certified therapy stone quality (GKS). They are filled in Germany to ensure the best possible quality, as demanded by health food stores, organic stores, yoga studios and health practices in our wholesale business. The eye pillows are filled with organic amaranth, the larger ones with millet husks or spelt. Depending on the theme and area of application of the cushion, up to three different gemstones are included in the cushions as small Tumbled Stones.
The size of the stones was deliberately chosen to be small, especially for the eye cushions, to make it as comfortable as possible to place and use the cushions. The eye cushions contain a total of around 100g of stones and grain. This means that the weight is not too great, but the eye cushions still exert a gentle, pleasant pressure on the area around the eyes.
Cover of the gemstone cushions Two fabrics have proven themselves for the covers of the gemstone pillows: slightly cooling silk (especially for eye pillows) and certified organic cotton. The cover of all cushions and eye cushions is removable and can be washed so that the Lapis Vitalis cushions always remain hygienic.
Special gemstone cushions In addition to the eye cushions from the Gemstone Balance concept, we also offer three other cushions developed by Monika Grundmann: The warming cushion with Amber, the heart cushion with Rose Quartz and the Schulstark cushion with Aventurine.
Size of the cushions The size of the cushions depends on the desired support area: the eye cushions are approx. 8 x 18 cm in size, the gemstone cushions range in size from 18 x 18 cm (Mother Earth cushion) to 20 x 60 cm (amber cushion).
Blankets with gemstones The color-coordinated blankets from the Gemstone Balance concept effectively complement applications and treatments in massage practices and yoga studios, but are also suitable for use at home.
