Each Touch Heart comes with an insert that explains the shape and how to use it and contains information about aventurine healing.
Due to its special cut shape, the green Aventurine (green) heart thumb stone fits well in the palm of the hand and the thumb fits into the recess of the stone. As with classic Thumb Stones, the reflex zones there are gently stimulated by the movement of the thumb.
The aventurine Touchheart combines the message of the gemstone with the energy of the shape and reminds us to take a more relaxed approach to stressful situations and not always want to do everything perfectly.
