With each Touch Heart you will receive an insert explaining the shape and application as well as information on stone healing with Onyx.
Due to its special cut shape, the black Onyx heart fits well in the palm of the hand and the thumb in the recess of the stone. As with classic Thumb Stones, the reflex zones are gently stimulated by the movement of the thumb.
