With every Touch Heart made of Magnesite you will receive an insert (in German) that explains the shape and how to use it, as well as information on stone healing with Magnesite.
Due to its special cut shape, the white Magnesite heart fits well in the palm of the hand and the thumb in the recess of the stone. As with classic Thumb Stones, the reflex zones are gently stimulated by the movement of the thumb.
The Magnesite Touchheart combines the message of the gemstone with the energy of the shape and reminds us to remain as calm and relaxed as possible instead of letting external circumstances upset us.
