This shape, just like the larger Large Palmstone, is ideal for massage and wellness applications. The smaller and more elongated Small Palmstones are very good for stone overlays that are intended to cover a smaller area of the body. This shape is also particularly suitable for massages on the face and feet.
The self-contained shape of the oval conveys a feeling of peace and harmony to a special degree and is therefore well suited as a hand-held stone.
