In this book, four important crystals speak directly to us in guided crystal journeys. Explanatory chapters on the themes of the respective crystals reveal to us the full depth of their messages of love, heart opening, cleansing and healing.
The book begins with an introduction to the world of crystals and their healing energies. Rose Quartz then takes us on a journey to unconditional love. We learn what it means to live with an open heart and to follow our heart's vision, but also what the heart's task is in our body. We understand what the spiritual causes of healing are and how crystal energies help with this.
With Smoky Quartz we journey to releasing forgiveness and dive into the richness and power of emotions. We take care of the "heart and kidneys" and recognize what they have to do with emotional intelligence and resonance magnetic fields.
With Rock Crystal, we experience the purity and clarity of the mind. Here we deal with the energetic cleansing of the aura and of spaces and places and with the creation of healing and ascension fields.
At the end of the book, we use amethyst to enter into the oneness of being human.
In connection with the crystals, the reader learns interesting facts about fields and holograms, in particular about the resonance magnetic fields of the earthly habitat with dual and higher-dimensional polarities. The consideration of holistic healing methods in the light of the field energies and in connection with the main chakras and the illumination of the function of the heart, kidneys and nervous system also invite the reader to become more comprehensively aware of the true cause of illnesses.

The author Anja Tochtermann After studying business informatics and working in this field for many years, Anja found her way to naturopathy and in particular to classical homeopathy through her own illnesses. After training as a naturopath, she has been working in her own practice since 2006 with a further focus on energetic healing methods and crystal sound as well as family constellations with crystal energies.
