In the 1st part of this CD the listener gets detailed instructions for preparing and performing meditations with stones. The 1st guided meditation helps to connect with the energy of the own therapy stone. Thus, the healing of the personal issue, on whatever level it appears, is supported.
The 2nd guided meditation with the four personal therapy stones leads into one's own energetic nature and helps the four energy bodies to rebalance. Possible blockages in the areas of body, emotions, mind and spirituality are dissolved and the life energy can flow freely and powerfully again.
