The sphere is a symbol of the universe. It has no beginning and no end, no top and no bottom. The sphere embodies absolute harmony and stands for peace, balance and spiritual wholeness. Onyx marble (Aragonite-Calcite, Calcitaragonite) is used in gemstone healing for development and relief.
Origin of the raw material: Pakistan
According to the international nomenclature, the mineralogically correct name for Onyx Marble is Calcite-Aragonite or Aragonite-Calcite, whereas Onyx Marble is the common trade name. Other names commonly used in retail and wholesale are calconyx, calcite-alabaster, ribbon marble, aragonite marble, chalcedonyx onyx or marble onyx. The spelling onix marble, however, is not correct. The olive green part is also known as green Onyx.
