A meditation based on the ancient shamanic practices of the Aztecs with various texts on these two important stones.
Ever since humans have been able to think, they have used mirrors to reach the other world, the other side, the non-ordinary reality or as the world beyond our so-called reality was otherwise known. For example, the disciples of priests of the Mexican god Tezcatlipoca ("Smoking Mirror") trained themselves with an obsidian mirror. Today, gemstone therapy uses this mirror (also known as the "witch's mirror") to integrate the repressed and unconscious.
In the first part of this CD, the listener receives detailed instructions on how to prepare and perform the obsidian mirror meditation. In the second part, Klaus Hüser - supported by the rhythm of the shamanic drums of Bruce Werber and Claudia Fried - leads you through the obsidian mirror into your own depths and into the light-filled clarity of Rock Crystal.
