1. Suitable gemstones for Gemstone Water In principle, any gemstone can be used to energize gemstone water. However, not every gemstone is suitable for direct immersion in water, i.e. as a water stone, due to its mineralogical properties. For example, toxic or water-soluble minerals are not suitable. Other methods must then be used to produce gemstone water, e.g. the introduction method or test tube method.
All gemstones from the Lapis Vitalis range are suitable for direct immersion in water. The mixtures were compiled by Michael Gienger, the pioneer of gemstone healing in Europe, based on his decades of experience with gemstones and their effects.

No other gemstone conveys such purity, clarity and freshness - properties that are also valued in drinking water. Rose Quartz, as the "stone of love", is particularly suitable for cozy hours for two, while amethyst is considered the stone of purification and the discharge of foreign energies. Rock Crystal, Rose Quartz and Amethyst together are known as the basic mixture. The basic mixture is particularly suitable for people who have no experience of energizing water with minerals.
4. advantages of Water Stones compared to rough stones Every Water Stones from Lapis Vitalis was initially a rough stone. But then the Water Stones undergo a further process in our production facility in Haifeng: The rough stones are filled together with water into large drums, which are then set in motion and allow the stones to bump into each other. This imitates the natural process of rounding the rough stones, as known from mountain streams, for example. This method eliminates all splinters, corners and edges, resulting in rounded stones that are perfect for use as Water Stones. This means that the gemstone water cannot be contaminated by splinters. The slightly higher price of Water Stones compared to rough stones is quickly put into perspective, as carafes or glasses, for example, are not scratched by rough stones.
5. care and cleaning of Water Stones Like all things used to prepare drinking water, Water Stones must be cleaned regularly and carefully to prevent contamination and mold. Only in this way can the gemstones develop their effect and energize tap water like spring water. The stones should be thoroughly cleaned before adding them to the gemstone water: Clean by brushing until the stones are completely clean. Then rinse thoroughly under cold running water. The final energetic cleansing is carried out by placing them on an amethyst gland.
