You will receive an invoice with the delivery, in which all items are listed with the respective customs tariff number, weight, value and country of origin. The customs clearance will be done by DHL. Alternatively, we can send the ordered goods to a customs agency of your choice without specifying the customs clearance.
Costs for shipping the order to United Kingdom
From 800 € order value, we deliver a package free of postage. For each additional 800 € turnover we send another package postage free, i.e. from 1600 € you get two packages postage free. from 2400 € three packages.
If the net order value is less than 800 €, postage and packaging is 19.90 € per package.
The maximum weight per package is 31.5 kg, this corresponds to approximately 25 - 28 kg of goods. With original cartons salt 24 kg per package can be sent.
Exceptions are so-called remote areas, where 17.50 € surcharge per package is added to the postage costs.
